We are currently seeking a full-time "Marketing Manager Americas (Downstream).

This Position will support the development, implementation and management of BVI's field marketing initiatives for the Americas (US/Canada/Latin America)

  • This individual will support the development and execution of programs to help drive sales growth and support business initiatives in the US, Canada, and Latin America. This individual will support new product/services launches, as well as provide input for new product innovation to the organization. The Marketing Manager will also provide market assessments, competitive landscape analyses, as well as identify new sources for growth. This role reports to the Sr. Marketing Manager Americas.
  • Develop and execute create campaigns and effective sales tools for the Americas region.
  • Create clear effective and targeted messaging to customer to drive revenue.
  • Develop and implement go-to-market plans for new products/services, and monitor post launch performance ensuring goals are met.
  • Identify new product/service opportunities that will drive top-line growth.
  • Manger downstream marketing activities within specified budgets/timeline

Conduct product training for existing commercial organization, demonstrates knowledge of downstream marketing for the Americas.

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent, MBA preferred. 3+ years' experience in medical device marketing or equivalent. Experience developing turnkey marketing activities and lead generation programs. Strong project management skills. Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, proven ability to meet deadlines under pressure. Proven effective verbal/written communication skills, self motivated.

Currently looking to hire: Global Product Manager is responsible for all upstream marketing activities for a specific portfolio of products. Develops, implements and maintains product marketing plans to exceed units, revenue and profitability goals their product lines in all targeted regions. Serves as critical link between global customers, global sales team, downstream marketing, and other internal functions. The Global Product Manager will be responsible for maintaining a 3-year strategic plan for their business. This will include ongoing market assessments, competitive landscape analyses, identification of opportunities and threats, as well as identification of new sources of growth. In addition, this individual will be responsible for identifying new sourced products and/or innovation to drive top-line growth. Innovation, The Global Product Manager will be responsible for the new product innovation pipeline as well as non-product and business model innovation. He/she will be responsible for identifying customer insights on current and future unmet needs, and translating those insights into a framework for the development and launch of new products and services.

This individual must be able to effectively partner cross functionally to drive the development and/or acquisition of products, services, and technologies to meet those needs. Commercial Performance, The Global Product Manager will support the global sales and downstream marketing organizations through the development of advertising, sales and promotional tools, KOL management programs, and clinical education support materials. This individual must be able to effectively partner with local sales and marketing, as well as other key functions to help achieve annual sales and profitability targets. He/she will develop product sales forecasts for new products in conjuction with operations/production planning. This individual will be responsible for market analysis, identification of opportunities, goal setting and driving of best practices amongst regions.

Bachelor’s Degree (MBA preferred) plus 4-6 years related experience/experience in upstream marketing is required. Experience in downstream marketing is a plus. Experience in Ophthalmology and/or surgical products is preferred. Experience with new product development is required. The ability to build strong productive relationships within cross-functional teams is required. Proven expertise in developing sales and marketing initiatives directed at health care professionals is required. Proven expertise with portfolio management, and product lifecycle management is required. The ability to think analytically with an entrepreneurial approach to drive business results is required. Global marketing experience is a plus.

Associate Marketing Manager

The Associate Marketing Manager plays a critical role in supporting Global Marketing and Product Management. This position is responsible for organization, logistics, budget management, delivery support, lead management received at trade shows, help drive corporate or assigned messages through shows, assist with marketing campaign execution, prepare and distribute required monthly reporting and general sales and marketing support activities as assigned. This person will also lead the Digital Marketing initiative for BVI ensuring proper and regular communication to all surgeons to ensure brand recall and product effectiveness. This individual works with the Marketing organization to include product marketing sales, and marketing communications. This individual maintains tracking system and inventory of promotional materials, provides on-going support, and works with vendors. Manages special projects as assigned.

Drive logistics for national and regional/local trade shows as well as workshops and wetlabs. Send out show supplies before the show and unpack them after the show. Organize and plan trade show related activities within budget and time. In addition: Digital Marketing strategy and associated projects for BVI. Other Marketing & Sales Projects as required.

Required: 1-3 years of Marketing or related work experience and a Bachelor's degree.  Strongly prefer someone with a concentration in Marketing or Business degree. Project Management experience.

The work environment will be in a business office environment, with frequent access to sample closet, literature library, and shipping/receiving department. Must have strong English language skills (spoken and in writing; excellent grammar and attention to details. Able to stand up to 4 hours or more on occasion; able to lift up to 40 lbs. Domestic U.S. based travel and international travel by airplane 2-6 times per year to trade shows and meetings as required.

We are are currently seeking a Sr. Financial Analyst. This position's main responsibilities will be to provide financial analysis to the CFO, Controller and US/International Sales organizations. This would involve financial planning activities and being a key liaison between the finance organization and the sale team. This position supports the sales team leaders by providing them key sales and other financial data needed to run the sales activity. These activities will include (but not limited to) department expense planning & reconciliation, financial project modeling, and monthly/quarterly/ annual financial reporting and forecasting. Presentation creating and support for CEO and CFO would be envisioned, In addition, this position will have membership on cross functional project teams as required including possibility on financial analysis for transactions/acquisitions. Creating automation in reporting will be critical task as well.

Requirements: 

BS/BA in Economics, Business, Finance Management or Accounting. Strong analytical skills are a must. 5 years of experience in computerized accounting systems required and partner with IT having created automated reporting. Additionally, this individual must perform well in a team-based work culture. Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills a must.

In addition to managing master data in the Beaver-Visitec systems, the incumbent will publish communications to those who need to know of changes when they occur.

Associates degree in business, computer science, or related fields. Prefer BS in Computer Science or Business Manage. Minimum of 0-2 years experience working in a business environment.
