Waltham, MA
The Customer Service Rep (CSR) will answer incoming calls from the Customer Service queue in a timely manner and will provide the highest level of customer satisfaction possible to both internal and external customers. The CSR will be capable of processing RMAs in an expeditious and accurate manner, and will process customer orders (phone, fax and mail), special orders, drop ship orders and customer changes according to established department policies and procedures in a timely and accurate fashion. The CSR will use an ERP system to provide prompt and efficient information to customers, call customers when necessary, and guide customers to other internal resources as necessary. Document and resolve customer problems, complaints and issues promptly in a positive, win-win manner that will retain and promote customer loyalty in accordance with company processes. Works effectively with others in a team environment to accomplish organizational goals and to identify and resolve problems. The CSR will take initiative and personal ownership for meeting established individual and team metrics, and will meet or exceed monitoring standards on phones.
Associate’s degree and 2+ years of proven Customer Service experience. Bachelor’s degree and related (medical device) experience highly preferred. Knowledge of Customer Service standards, procedures, principles and practices is desirable. Demonstrated commitment to provide superior Customer Service must be evident. Excellent PC/system skills, and be computer literate with the ability to learn software programs like Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Outlook and other databases (ERP Systems, ACT). The CSR should possess strong data entry skills including accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail, plus effective communication skills, both verbal and written, and be comfortable interacting with customers and internal partners in a professional manner via the phone. Previous knowledge of the ophthalmic or medical device industry is a plus.
Michigan, Northern Indiana, Northwest Ohio
Based in/live in Michigan, Northern Indiana, Northwest Ohio area. The Sales Consultant will be responsible for the sales and promotion of Ophthalmic disposable knives, instruments, kits, and other supplies to hospitals and ambulatory surgery centers. The Sales Consultant will be responsible for maintaining and growing annual sales volume in assigned territory, which includes Michigan, Northern Indiana, Northwest Ohio.
We require a BS or BA degree in Business and/or related medical field, as well as 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in the medical device industry. Ophthalmic experience and operating room sales are a plus. Requires the ability to work independently in cooperation with the sales force. A good understanding of how to work with distributor reps, GPO/GPO Pricing and OEM customers is essential, as well as understanding customer needs, product attributes, revenue generation, and profit & loss analysis. The Sales Consultant will be skilled at making presentations, as well as having demonstrated team selling skills. Excellent communication skills are a must.
Based in / live in the Houston, TX area.

The Sales Consultant will be skilled at making presentations, as well as having demonstrated team selling skills. Excellent (English) communication skills are a must; Spanish is a plus.
North & Central Florida
Based in Florida, the Sales Consultant will be responsible for the sales and promotion of Ophthalmic disposable knives, instruments, kits, and other supplies to hospitals and ambulatory surgery centers. The Sales Consultant will be responsible for maintaining and growing annual sales volume in assigned territory, which includes North and Central Florida, including Tampa. The ideal candidate will reside in the Orlando or Tampa area.

Reporting to the Finance Director, the Finance Manager is responsible for the overall leadership of the Accounts Receivable function, US General Accounting team and reporting, analysis, budgeting and forecasting for US SG&A OPEX departments. These activities will include (but are not limited to) preparation and review of month-end journal entries, account analysis, intercompany reconciliation, balance sheet account reconciliations, audit support and OPEX variance analysis. The Finance Manager is also responsible for identifying ways to improve and enhance the current systems/processes in place. In addition, will have membership on cross functional project teams as required, and may also oversee the Sales & Use Tax function, which includes MDET.
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance and 10+ years of senior finance and accounting management experience, including accounting in a manufacturing company, is required. Demonstrated track record of progressive financial work experience including month-end close process, audit support and accounts receivable oversight is also required. 2-4 years of experience as a Finance Manager or similar role overseeing staff of at least 2 individuals and a strong command of accounting fundamentals also required. Preferred: MBA in Accounting or Finance and 3+ years experience as a Finance Manager or similar role in a Medical Device / Pharmaceutical company; experience managing staff of 4-6 individuals.

The Quality Process Systems Lead is responsible for creating, maintaining, and modifying the documentation databases, research current industry trends, identify changes, present information to management, and coordinate implementation. The Quality Process Systems Lead will also assist with audits, train coworkers, answer questions, and maintain the database manual.
